All images on any CD-ROM are copyright protected, and credit must be given to the photographer and Picture Library.

The purchase of any of the CD-ROMs includes a permission for a reproduction in one issue of a printed publication or presentation, which has to be disclosed to us upon purchase (brochures, magazines, books, posters, advertisements, seminars and other presentations). If the pictures are used for online purposes special permission in writing has to be obtained. 

The images  cannot be used for any negative or adverse publicity purpose. We reserve the right to object to anti-promotional treatment of any of our photographs, which distorts, mutilates, or is otherwise damaging to our corporate image or to the photographer's reputation. 

We also welcome enquiries from Tourism, Investment, and other government agencies who would like to cooperate with us, and use our images for their brochures, websites, as well as on their marketing and promotional CD-ROMs.
